Andy Martin will hold a New York City
news conference today, Sunday, October 11th, to suggest that Russian dictator Vladimir
Putin has “castrated” President Barack Obama. Obama’s neutering has triggered
both a foreign policy and domestic political crisis for the United
States . Andy predicted in 2007 that Obama
would not be able to stand the stress of the Oval Office. “Barack Obama today
is a man in denial,” Andy says. “Obama is a man in the fetal position. He is a
man in the midst of a mental disintegration or, as we used to say, ‘nervous
breakdown.’ The consequences of Obama’s emotional and mental collapse are
creating a constitutional crisis both for U. S.
foreign policy and for American domestic politics.” Andy points to the Obama
interview Sunday evening on CBS’ “60 Minutes” as reflecting the classic example
of a man holding delusional beliefs and acting on the basis of a growing
personality disorder. “If the U. S.
president cannot face reality, and confront reality and act on the basis of
reality, then every American is endangered. That is the unavoidable truth as
Obama plays ‘pretend president’ in the Oval Office.”

(New York October 11, 2015 ) Republican presidential candidate and
Obama author/expert Andy Martin will hold a New York
news conference today, Sunday, October 11th to suggest that President Barack
Obama has been “castrated” by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin and that Obama is
now a “pretend president,” in the fetal position in the Oval office. Andy says
Obama manifests all of the signs of a both growing personality disorder and
“nervous breakdown.”
“President Obama is being interviewed Sunday night on CBS’s ‘60
Minutes,’” [please see links [1] and [2] below] Andy says. “Anyone who watches
that interview has to come away with the impression of a man who is delusional,
who is in a total state of denial and breakdown as to the reality he faces both
overseas and at home.
“The last time an American president was incapacitated was
almost a hundred years ago. President Wilson suffered a stroke and was unable
to function. Today, President Obama is effectively ‘disabled’ as a result of being
publicly castrated by Russian dictator Vladimir Putin. I know the word
‘castration’ is an odious one, but there is no other way to describe what
Putting has done to Obama.
“American foreign policy is in a shambles. The secretary of
defense looks like a clown. Secretary of State Kerry is a jerk. Vladimir Putin is
pummeling Obama on a daily basis.
“For seventy years after the end of WW II, American
presidents were the epitome of leadership, strength and power. Only once, after
a Kennedy-Khrushchev meeting in 1961, did a Russian leader feel confident
enough to defy a U. S.
president; the result was the Cuban Missile Crisis.
“I was part of the Cold War [see Andy’s Cold War
commendation at http://www.andymartin.com/cert.htm]. Obama made fun of the Cold
War during a 2012 debate with Mitt Romney. From his past statements it is clear
that Obama thinks of himself as a ‘redeemer’ and ‘savior’. Over the early years
of his administration Obama’s delusions were harmless to Americans even if they
were increasingly lethal to Iraqis and others. Now his state of mind has become
a serious national security concern.
“Obama has locked himself into a belief system based on his
own rigid delusions. He tells CBS that Putin is a failure, while Putin is
issuing orders to U. S.
troops and killing our allies. Obama says that Russia
is a failure, while Russia
is invading Syria
and taking some of the boldest military actions since the start of WW II. Only
a person suffering from a nervous breakdown and personality disorder could
ignore the reality Obama faces, and claim that ‘all is well’ and that ‘all is
working well.’ Failed states can often exert power and take disruptive action; North
Korea is another example.
“Obama has repeatedly capitulated to Putin. Where the point
of ‘castration’ was passed it is hard to say. But today Obama is seen
throughout the world as a helpless, harmless, hapless Kenyan bicycle repair man
working out of a stall in a Mombassa slum. He is not the ‘leader of the free
world’ or the ‘most powerful man in the world.’ Obama is a political eunuch.
“Let’s review the record. First, there was Ukraine .
Obama has repeatedly mouthed Neville Chamberlain’s refrain about Czechoslovakia
(‘a quarrel in a far-away country between people of whom we know nothing’)
about Ukraine .
In point of fact, President Clinton signed an agreement, the Budapest
Memorandum, (see [4] below) committing the U. S.
to protect Ukraine .
When Obama abandoned Ukraine
he was planting the seeds of a new war just as certainly as Chamberlain precipitated
WW II when he surrendered Czechoslovakia
to Hitler. Obama betrayed Ukraine
and Putin scored his first victory. But not his last.
“Obama and his court jester John Kerry pretended to be ‘surprised’
a few days ago when Putin invaded Syria .
They were ‘shocked’ when one of Putin’s officers walked into an American
facility and started giving orders to the U.S.
military. Obama & Co. are neutering our military by
ordering them to ‘avoid’ Russian forces in the Middle East .
With each passing surrender Obama is bringing us closer to war (see [3] below).
“Obama, of course doesn’t think so. He believes he can
‘surrender’ his way out of the White House. All of us have petty, minor
delusions. But when a person starts believing ‘facts’ which objectively do not
exist, and starts placing himself in a context which does not exist, then he is
taking on the trappings of mental illness and a nervous breakdown.
“Eight years ago, in a Psychological Profile of Barack Obama
(available on the Internet) which became the first chapter of my book on Obama
(see below), I predicted Obama would collapse in the Oval Office. I predicted
he could not stand the stress and strain of military leadership. How right I
was.
“Putin is a veteran cold-blooded KGB officer, straight out
of central casting from the Cold War. He has contempt for Obama. He humiliates
Obama. He ridicules Obama. And Obama accepts all of this abuse. At some point
Putin’s abuses collectively castrated Obama. Today we have a Soviet castrato in
the White House.
“Some people have always suspected Obama of being a
‘Manchurian Candidate,’ a front-man for communism and an agent of America ’s
enemies. Whatever Obama was in 2009, today he is effectively acting as the
‘Manchurian President.’ He is not functioning as an American leader. His emotional
and mental and psychological collapse endangers every American and jeopardizes
world peace.
“Obama is capitulating to Putin and Putin knows it. Putin’s
abuses are going to continue, until they can’t be allowed to continue and war
breaks out. How can that happen? Well, here is one example. Putin is moving
powerful anti-aircraft radars into Syria .

It could happen again in Syria .
It almost certainly will happen if Obama keeps surrendering. Then what?
“Obama’s collapse is setting the stage for war, possibly
(though not likely) while he is still in office but in all probability after he
leaves office. Obama’s successor will inherit bitter fruit.
“Obama has been engaging in self-glorification about his
‘legacy’ and is planning to construct a billion-dollar mausoleum to his
administration in Chicago . Yes, I
said ‘mausoleum.’ But in the meantime, Obama has rendered himself a pretend
president. He has functionally died in office; he is dead to the reality of the
world in which he lives and leads, a man crumbled into the fetal position on
the floor of the Oval Office. And all this has been done to Obama, and to America ,
by a leader (Putin) that Obama ridicules as a ‘failed president.’ Putin may
ultimately and eventually lead his people to disaster; but today there is only
one ‘failed president’ in the picture: Barack Hussein Obama,” Andy will charge
Sunday.
