Ted Cruz Birther Summit draws attention in New Hampshire radio interview; questions raised about Cruz’ constitutional eligibility to be president

GOP presidential candidate Andy Martin was interviewed by Ben Sarro on WNTK-AM-FM Friday morning. Depending on travel arrangements Andy will hold a New York news conference today, Friday, January 15th (or Saturday) to announce he has been asked to serve as a named plaintiff in a lawsuit testing the constitutional eligibility of Senator Ted Cruz. “Ted is wrong when he says only liberal Democrats have concerns about his eligibility,” Andy says. “Frankly, based on what I have seen, Republicans more than Democrats are the ones worried about Cruz’ eligibility. I have not said ‘yes’ to the lawsuit because I am not sure my campaign can stand the financial stress, but I am taking a serious look at being the named plaintiff in a test case involving Cruz.”

Details on the time and location of the New York news conference to follow.

Andy will convene a “Birther Summit” on Ted Cruz’ eligibility to be a presidential candidate in Washington, DC on January 29-31. Please email to request details.
