Andy Martin has asked the New Hampshire State Ballot Law Commission to issue a subpoena for Senator Bernie Sanders. Andy is trying to reschedule the currently-scheduled hearing but is willing to appear by phone if necessary on November 24th. He suggests an appeal to the New Hampshire Supreme Court is very likely. After being unable to reschedule his prior commitments Andy will be campaigning in California on November 24th.
